I won a pile of counted cross stitch linen on ebay, and I've been stitching as much as I can. I think this vacation just isn't going to be long enough! I found this free pattern on this blog. The picture is from Nina's blog - another great blog for inspiration.

I love needlework because it's so portable. I can't use linen -- the thread count is too small, But I love it on Oatmeal Aida Cloth. My daughter stressed over money and what to get me for Christmas. I told her I'm easy-- A handle of DMC Thread and I feel loved....
