In the golden chain of friendship, regard me as a link. (Sewn on an antique friendship quilt by by Ida Hooper, quilter.)

I've made some really nice email friends this year while I have been blogging. This book was sent to me at Christmastime by my friend Melanie at Covered Porches, and it is full of sweet quotes and beautiful pictures of quilts. Mel, I'm looking forward to our trip to Primitive Gatherings (someday)!

The Primitive Gatherings store looks like it's an incredible place! I so wish there was a store like that in Oklahoma. Not too sure I want to travel to Wisconsin anytime soon! Maybe during the summer. Ha!

I have so enjoyed following your blog and becoming one of your new sister friends in Christ this year! You are a sweet spirit and I'm thankful for your new friendship! =]
