Sewing down my stash

Joyce at Plain Ol' Vanilla has started Sew Down the Stash, and I'm sewing along with her.

Melanie at Covered Porches sent me a charm pack last fall. I worked on the tablerunner at the retreat in November but wish I had finished it sooner. I love how it turned out.

The ultimate in stash sewing - I used the trimmed pieces of half-square triangles to sew this little quilt.

I'm still plugging away. I have two projects I'd like to finish up this afternoon!

Mary, your table runner is lovely, I have a lap quilt that uses that same pattern, I should make a matching table runner, it never occurred to me until I fell in love with yours. I don't think I'll be saving my scraps to make a little quilt, but yours is super adorable, great job!

Mary-
Lovin' that runner. Did you use a pattern, or just do it in your head? I'm working today, planning to join some knitters next monday...hoping to, at least and figure out what to do with some yarn I bought...
Looking forward to Scrap & Sew weekend, but not knowing what I want to do yet...
It was good to have Julie back yesterday. Missed her for a few weeks.

Really love the simplicity of your table runner. Would you mind telling me the cut size of the big squares?

Both projects look great, and I especially love the small quilt. What a great use of scraps. Can you tell me what size the squares are?

ALSO...congrats for winning my giveaway! Don't forget to send me your info. :)
