Fun stuff

Do you remember Betty McCall paperdolls? When I was little, Mom did subscribe to McCall's; and I loved the paperdoll page so much. Usually Mom would have to cut out the designs because I was only in kindergarten or first grade.

When I saw this website, I fell in love again. I hope someday Natalie and Aubrey will want to play with paperdolls.

I loved Betsy McCall. I was so excited every time she received an issue of it so that I could get my hands on the paper dolls. I wished that they still had them when my daughter was little.

I still have some of my paper dolls that we girls played with tucked away. I remember I loved to play with paperdolls the neighbors had. I bet Aubrey and Nattie will love to play with them. Hopefully together too!

I never played with the paper dolls you mentioned but I bet my sisters did. I did however have them from Barbi I believe it was. Since we had 8 girls in our family, we were never without cutouts of some sort. Oh what childhood memories this brought back to me.
Blessings Mary,
AMY

Oh yes I do remember paper dolls, when I didn't have enough I would cut from catalogs and create my own. Sometimes I would use the cardboard doll and create clothes for them using their shapes to design around...memories renewed for me! Thanks for the trip down memory lane! Blessings to you from my part of PA!
