April Fool's Day

My friend Mark is 50 years old today.

Fifty years ago Mama went into labor and was taken to the hospital. After Mark was born, the nurse went to the waiting room and told Papa he was the father of a baby boy. She went back to the delivery room to do what she had to do, and soon his brother Matt was born. She returned to the delivery room to tell Papa he had a baby boy. Papa replied that yes, he knew as she had already told him. She said you have two baby boys. Papa didn't believe her; he thought it was an April Fool's Day joke. True story!

Hi Mary!

Today is my birthday also!!
When I was born none of the people my Dad worked with believed him! They all thought it was an April Fools joke!

It's a hard b-day as a kid, too! None of my little friends believed me :(

Even a couple people on my blog today said "are you sure this is not an April Fools' joke!

Happy Spring to you!
