In the golden chain of friendship, regard me as a link. (Sewn on an antique friendship quilt by by Ida Hooper, quilter.) I've made some really nice email friends this year while I have been blogging. This book was sent to me at Christmastime by my friend Melanie at
Covered Porches, and it is full of sweet quotes and beautiful pictures of quilts. Mel, I'm looking forward to our trip to Primitive Gatherings (someday)!

Your friend obviously has learned of your kindness and sweet personality just as many of us have thru our blogs and emailing! The book cover does truly seem very appropriate for you! Many blessings to you Mary, you are a gentle spirit! May you have a weekend of rest and many blessings!

The Primitive Gatherings store looks like it's an incredible place! I so wish there was a store like that in Oklahoma. Not too sure I want to travel to Wisconsin anytime soon! Maybe during the summer. Ha!
