Friday night our granddaughter Natalie (2 years old) and her imaginary friend Max spent the night with us. In the morning I had the usual Saturday errands to run in town. The list was shortened pretty quickly once I remembered what it's like to take a two year old anywhere. She did a pretty good job, and we made it out of Walmart with only having to buy a Curious George book to stop a meltdown.
Saturday evening we had the family for supper, and phone calls were made to Canada to check on the kids there. Lots of candy was exchanged, and I think a good time was had by everyone. It's nice there is one day in the year where the gift of love is emphasized.
Today the house is quiet, and no one needs me to build a tower, play puzzles, or read a book. I'm hoping to spend time quilting and stitching.

Miss Natalie. Just hearing about that little girl brings a smile to my face.
P.S. The scrambeled word that I have to write in before I can post a comment on your blog is "phisuc"...as in phisuc an iron dog and four hands around. Hahaha. :)
This looks like Nattie!!
