This weekend the last Christmas decoration gets put away, and it's this quilt off my bed:
I love this quilt, and it goes on the bed the weekend after Thanksgiving when I start decorating the house. It's made of brushed cotton, and it's huge, so there's plenty of drop off the pillow-top mattress.
This is the quilt that will replace it. I made it using scraps from my Mom's stash; she was quite a quilter herself.
This is the quilt that I'd like to put on the bed, but I save this one until sometime in April after the last snow. It gets me thinking of spring; but in Northwestern Pennsylvania, spring is a long way off.

Mom, your talent never ceases to amaze me. I just love that bottom quilt. Those beehives and bunnies are just too cute. Hope you are having a great day!
I didn't have a root canal today...just a filling! Phew! I'll probably call tonight! Love ya!
Your quilts are always awesome!
BEAUTIFUL quilts...I love them all, and I am sure you enjoy swapping them out for the seasons!
My part of PA was in the 40s today and back to COLD tomorrow...and snow next week...typical PA weather don't you think?
Barb: Thanks for stopping by and posting! Years ago I had only hoped to have quilts on all our beds; now I can pick seasonal quilts. Will we ever make all the quilts we want to!!
Your pictures are really good. Those quilts look amazing. Even though I come and see you so often I don't think I ever get to see EVERY quilt you make. Keep posting them.
Wow, amazing quilts. They're so intricate in design and just lovely.
Aloha!
Oh my, you are a magnificent quilter, Mary!
