It's party time at my place!  Gigi is turning one in a couple of weeks, and her mommy and daddy are planning a carnival-themed party in my backyard.  Jenny bought the fabric, and I made this skirt for her to wear at her party.  Isn't this just stinking cute?!!  The tutorial I followed is here.
